I freakin love this stuff! I wish I would have found it sooner. I am someone that has such a hard time falling asleep at night. I suffer with restless legs horribly. I love this! I take a whole droplet every night before bed so I can sleep and actually fall asleep. I tend to have high anxiety at night (along with during the day but worse at night) which makes it extremely hard to fall asleep. Since taking the oil, I am able to fall asleep easier with less anxiety along!
