    I’ll occasionally have one during the day if I’ve consumed too much caffeine and am very restless. They help balance me out for sure! They also help a little bit with muscle aches In my hips and lower back.

    I suffer from anxiety and using this before driving, before work or before meetings, it had helped me so so much. It is very simple to use as described. It really does mellow you out and calm your nerves without you even realising. I will definitely be buying this product again.

    I gave birth to twins 5 months ago. The twins, plus lack of sleep and my other 2 older kids...I am always anxious, high strung and cranky. I went ahead and ordered these. They came really fast! I got past that and just went for it. I was surprised. It has quite a nice taste and I was able to relax a bit! I highly recommend it.
