I use it twice a day once in the morning and at bed time to help me sleep. It also helps with my hips. I tend to get pain in my hips when I sleep so have to keep switching sides to releave the pain. Since I have taken this product I feel no more pain. I also had a coworker try it to releave her back pain and shoulder pain and within minutes she felt more relaxed and pain free. I have recommend this product to all my coworkers.
