    I am a true believer. At age 62 I work in a warehouse lifting heavy boxes sometimes. After 4 hours it is hard to even walk. I use this when I leave work and by the time I make my 30 minute drive home, all stiffness and soreness has eased of 90%. And it helps me fall asleep faster and sleep better.

    Wow this stuff is amazing ! Worked out at the gym over 2 hours and had no soreness that night or next day at all! While on golf course next day had forgotten I’d even worked out ! Helps me get to sleep quicker too.
