A little goes a long way, and helped my throbbing knee. I got into a motorcycle accident while racing and injured my knee. Doctor said I have a fluid buildup in the joint and to ice and take Ibuprofen. Knee was still driving me crazy so I figured I'd give this a try and all I can say is wow. Within 5 minutes of rubbing it on my knee before bed the throbbing pain was gone and when I woke up was still gone. Will continue to use until my knee gets better and on future injuries for sure.

I have used other Pure Potent products and have really liked them a lot, but have very dry skin due to a medical condition. When I saw this product, I decided to give it a try and found it to be excellent at keeping my skin moisturized for most of the day. I only had to reapply it once during the day where with other lotions and cremes I would have to reapply every time I washed my hands or just several times a day to keep my arms from becoming too dry. I highly recommend this product.
