I have tried many things to improve my quality of sleep and this definitely helped. I take it at night, about 30 minutes before bedtime and sleep much more soundly. It doesn't make me groggy or disoriented when I wake up in the morning. An added bonus - the taste is rather pleasant. I would definitely recommend this product and will be buying it again.

I was referred this by a friend, because I suffer with bad anxiety and I had trouble sleeping due to this, until she said to try this, at first I was a bit wary of taking it, which I shouldn’t of worried really because after 2 days of taking it I became a lot less anxious and I noticed that I was sleeping longer as before taking this I would wake up between 3am and 4am and struggled to get back to sleep so I ended up getting up. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who has got sleeping problems, anxiety and joint pain. I’ll certainly be ordering more.

Got this for pain and inflammation relief. Tried this the first night to see if it would help and I slept better than usual. There is no drug effects as there isn’t any thc in this product. Flavor was fine.
