    I thought these gummies were useless, as I tried a few and nothing.... Then I ate 5 gummies at 9 am (because they don't work and this was a test) and I woke up at 1 pm. Okay they work!

    I had a hard day at work and when i got home i decided to try it. It helped wonderfully and also helped me get a good night sleep. It usually takes me hours to fall asleep and with my mind clear it helped me fall asleep faster. Very good product.
