    This is a great crutch if your trying to quit smoking cigarettes. Like many smokers trying to quit there is a need for that ritual of lighting a smoke holding it in your hands and bringing it to your lips. For me that craving mostly comes when im driving my car and going about my day. This is a good compromise to the real thing.
