    I like to have a few drops of this product in the mornings during the week. The oil helps me focus on my work, my monkey mind goes quiet and I can concentrate more easily. My productivity and has gone up, and my anxiety has disappeared. The best results come when taking it on an empty stomach, or after a few pistachios and orange juice.

    I have been adding my hemp oil into my morning protein smoothie and have been loving it. I can't taste it and don't even know it's there, which is a plus for me. I've only been using it a couple weeks, but it has helped relieve my wrist pain, and reduced anxiety!
