    I used this oil for my headaches/migraines and noticed relief within 5 minutes. I just dabbed a little bit between my fingers and massaged around my temples. It's not too oily and the smell is not to strong either. I also took a dropper full at night to help me relax and I did notice a difference. I have been sleeping better and felt more relaxed. It also does not taste bad at all, you can barely taste it. Will definitely buy again.
