Love this. I've given it to a few family members that had anxiety and trouble sleeping. They love it as much as I do. Has helped with headaches, anxiety, muscle pains, jaw pain, arthritic pain, tendonitis and sleeplessness. Works quickly, but doesn't interfere with what you have to/ want to do. I take it before going to work and it just keeps me calm, I can still get my work done with no problem. I keep one by my bed and one in my purse. I have bought it several times and recommend it to everyone.

Works for everything so far.... anxiety, sleep, menstrual cramps, regular aches and pains in joints, even headaches. I either drop it on my tongue or drop it in some chamomile or peppermint tea
