    A little backstory, I’ve suffered from insomnia for years. Basically grew up having up. Lately I’ve been very stress and I’ve used sleeping pills but no luck. I found this in a local store and I will never regret it. For the first time in 10 years I had a full 8 hour sleep. This really put me in a deep sleep.
