My brain is always on and I've always had issues with serious anxiety which in turn leads to minimal sleep. Biggest piece of advice: don't take more than suggested of this. I took two doses because it didn't feel like anything happened with the first try and I woke up the next morning with dry mouth and low blood pressure (side effects). I decided to give it a try with just taking the recommended and it was perfectly fine! I bought this to sleep better and it really helped out! Really let me sleep deeply so I could wake up early without feeling so exhausted!
